INTERESTED IN A SHORT-TERM MISSION TRIP TO MEXICO?

Short-Term Mission Trips to Mexico Details

Join us for one of our impactful short-term mission trips to Mexico! These trips are designed to help those in need while providing you with an unforgettable experience of service and fellowship.

Trip Details:

The length of each trip varies depending on the project and the group we are assisting. Many trips require taking a couple of days off work, though we structure much of the trip around weekends to accommodate full-time workers.

Passport Requirements

Participants must have a valid passport. For children under 16, a birth certificate may suffice, but requirements can change. Please check the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative | U.S. Customs and Border Protection site for the latest information.

Typical Trip Schedule:

Day 1: Departure and Setup

  • Depart from a partnering church.
  • Pair volunteers into cars, vans, or trucks.
  • Stop for food and Mexican      insurance.
  • Cross the U.S./Mexico border as a      team.
  • Arrive at our destination and set up.
  • Meet as a group to assign tasks and build connections.
  • Enjoy dinner together.
  • Evening devotions led by a team leader, followed by rest.

Day 2: Service and Fellowship

  • Early breakfast and morning devotions.
  • Head out to complete the day’s objectives with a servant’s heart.
  • Return for dinner, showers, and a time of sharing experiences.
  • Free time and lights out.

Day 3: Sunday Worship and Service (when applicable)

  • Breakfast and morning devotions.
  • Attend a local church service.
  • Lunch as a group.
  • Complete the mission trip objectives for the day.
  • Support the local economy by dining out at a local restaurant (some of the best food you’ll try!).
  • Return for showers, fellowship, devotions, and a time to reflect on God’s work during the trip.

Day 4: Return Home

  • Light breakfast and final morning      devotions.
  • Begin the drive back as a team, stopping for tacos or snacks along the way.
  • Cross the U.S. border (teams often regroup after border checks).
